Hey there! I'm Meghan—your personal hype girl and third wheel. Born and raised in Mississippi, I've been capturing love stories along the Gulf Coast, from Florida to New Orleans, for over thirteen years as a full-time wedding photographer.
My vibe is pretty laid-back. I love being a little silly to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I’m all about taking leaps and going with the flow, which is exactly how I ended up in California! I'm always up for an adventure, finding new ways to ignite my passion for creativity, and just having a good time. I’m all about those unfiltered, authentic moments, and that’s what you’ll see reflected in my photography.
The whole wedding day was very hot, and by the end of the night, I kept eyeing that pool, thinking how refreshing it looked. I made a joking comment about it, and out of nowhere, my couple jumped in! Then the wedding party joined, followed by family and guests. It turned into an awesome late-night pool party filled with laughter and fun! To top the night off - they drove away on motorcycles!
My daughter. Becoming a mother at sixteen, she taught me how to be a better person. We grew up together, and she’s the reason I’ve been able to create this beautiful life.
Italy! It’s been on my bucket list for years. I’d love to see its beauty in person, explore the cultures, and slow down the pace of life for a moment.
I'm happy with the time I was born in most however, if I had to choose another I’d most like to have lived in the 1970s. It was a vibrant decade filled with incredible music, fashion, and cultural shifts, the colorful and experimental styles, seems like it would have been an interesting time to experience firsthand.
Nurturing is my love language, so cooking and hosting dinner parties for family and friends at home really makes me happy and feeds my soul.
I love having no plans, just getting in the car with my partner or friends, playing good music, and discovering new places. Road trips and all the snacks I can carry to the register is my happy place.
I started gaming in my twenties as a fun escape from stress. I still love it and have even met friends in person from around the world through it. Some might call me crazy, but it’s been a great adventure!
Growing up on the coast, I’ve always loved being around water. Kayaking gives me an adrenaline rush but also offers such a peaceful escape.
I am a fall girly through and through. I love the cozy clothes, crisp cold air, perfect hair (yay, no humidity!), and the beautiful scenery. It’s the season I look forward to the most.
Dogs melt my heart when I am around them. I'm not sure why they have such an impact on my life. Maybe it’s because my dad used to bring home strays when I was a kid. They really do bring me so much happiness and unconditional love.
